Modern full kitchen island, bar stools, stove range, large refrigerator and freezer, built in dishwasher, cupboards, and countertops. There's a kitchenette with a built in dishwasher and sink.

Best for: Large scale productions or events that require a seamless cove (29 ft x 19 ft), including editorial, commercial, video, automotive, and animal shoots.
Light: Full blackout capabilities, south facing windows with blackout blinds.
Access and Load-In: Main floor load-in through front door or separate side entrance. Drive in access available via 14’ x 14’ garage door. This studio has 20 ft ceilings.
Parking: 6 on-site parking spots included with your studio reservation. Studio D Parking Guide. Electric car charging stations are available.

- Product Holds: Overnight holds, delivery drop offs, or picks up for product and/or props are available for $75/day.
  
  All product holds require approval due to limited storage space. See Policies .
- Audio Recording: Please note that our studios are NOT soundproof. Other activities in the building cannot be restricted or subdued to accommodate sound capture.
- Parking: Additional Green P and street parking are available around our Junction studios. Please watch out for signs.
$6.50 per person. Get unlimited all day access to our coffee bar, cold beverages, and teas. Regular milk and milk alternatives are available.
