GEARY STUDIOS
The Geary Studios offer 5,500 square feet of space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private and lush outdoor patio.

THE BOOKING PROCESS
Step 1: Fill out the Event Form
We look forward to the opportunity to host your group! Please fill out the Event Inquiry Form with all of the required details and a member of our events team will get back to you in 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Meet the Events Team to tour the studio
During the tour, we’ll discuss what you have in mind for your event, answer any questions, and get a better understanding of the support you need with logistics and day-of coordination.
Step 3: Get Quoted on your event details
Once we understand the scope of your event, we’ll prepare a quote based on your chosen studio, event details, and any additional services you may need. Our team will walk you through exactly what’s included in your event venue rental.
Step 4: Place a Deposit to secure the studio
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve the studio for your event date. We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. VISA-Debit cards are not accepted.
Step 5: Coordinate the Details with the Events Team
During the details coordination stage, you’ll share event details with our team and we’ll work closely with you to create your timeline and floor plan, coordinate with vendors, facilitate rentals and event setup, and assist with general on-site organization.
Step 6: Final Details and Payment
All required event details, including guest counts, vendor contracts, and setup preferences, as well as the final payment are due 10 days before your scheduled event date to ensure timely execution.
